WHO WE ARE
Tiger TPED started when its founding members, all "theme park nerds," realized that LSU didn't have its own themed entertainment organization. Founded in 2021, Tiger TPED is a club for any student interested in themed entertainment to meet other students, network, and develop professionally. We host monthly meetings and social events as well as club-sponsored design opportunities for students to complete projects.
ACTIVITIES
BI-WEEKLY MEETINGS
Tiger TPED hosts bi-weekly meetings for all club members. The meetings rotate between guests speaker sessions with established industry professionals and industry information meetings focused on different aspects of themed entertainment. Meetings are focused on keeping club members up to date on industry happenings and giving members time to network.
DESIGN OPPORTUNITIES
From escape rooms to model homes, Tiger TPED offers its members support on any design project they can think of. Members can join design groups and receive support from the executive board in finishing their designs. At the end of the year, students can participate in a Design Showcase to show off their work.
